UNC 80, Virginia Tech 81
I was on the west coast last week so I couldn't watch this game live (I need to buy a
slingbox). I followed it on Gametracker and I saw the ESPN high/low-lights. Then when I got back this morning I watched it on my DVR.
The first half was very ugly. I thought we did better in the second half, but a couple of key fouls by Reyshawn Terry, a few questionable calls, and some horrible shooting did us in. We can't shoot 0-10 from beyond the arc in the second half and expect to win. Also, our free throw shooting let us down. Hansbrough missed a crucial FT down the stretch.
Hopefully we'll be able to make more shots tonight against BC.
